CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask all clients to provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Read the full policy below: • Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours in advance. Anytime after will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. (Deposits are non-refundable) • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and will not be able to rebook until fee is collected. • There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If you happen to arrive after 10 minutes, there will be a late fee applied. If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and will be charged 50% of the service. I understand things happen, please communicate in advance for any unforeseen delays. •Please note that All services require hair to be taken out of previous style and detangled prior to visit.
